I’ve had this for more than a year. In all sincerity, I can state that this is my favorite BBQ. Compared to my Napoleon 525 propane grill, I use it more. Food cooked on charcoal just cannot be substituted for in terms of flavor. The rotisserie is fantastic, and I enjoy slow, even cooking with coconut charcoal. This BBQ is for you if you love charcoal. Even better, I’ve been asked to bring this to friends’ houses so they can feed big crowds. I adore you so.

I adore this BBQ. Large, well-constructed, adjustable coal bed; value for the money. A 30 pound pig on the rotisserie was no trouble for me. I could easily manage three chickens at once, but I generally only do two.

My entire grilling career, I have only ever used charcoal. Even though our weather hasn’t been optimal, this barbecue has already exceeded my expectations. I want to use it for many years to come. I’ve already grilled on it five times.

By only using the central section for charcoal, I found it to be quite simple to manage. After that, you can easily regulate the heat on the rest of the grill by adjusting the coals’ level and repositioning the food in relation to the center or away from it. The smaller center grill section may be readily removed to add coals from the top. Although I agree that this is a bad product for smoking, I believe that having a dedicated smoker is a far better alternative if you plan to smoke regularly rather than trying to utilize the same product for two very distinct functions. Overall, I’m really pleased with the grill because it is well made, user-friendly, and roomy.

I purchased the Charcoal Pro nine years ago. I usually always barbecue on the weekends with family and friends, and I’ve previously prepared food for over 30 people on a professional level. It’s so beautifully constructed that nothing has gone wrong in six years, and it still functions as it did the day I bought it.The key to this fantastic barbecue is the height adjustment. If you enjoy coal-fired cooking, I would unquestionably suggest it.

Cooking racks are excellent because they provide good sear marks, don’t cause food to stick, and don’t appear to rust like cast iron racks do. The ash tray appears to be made of a sturdy material and has not yet shown any rust.

Excellent grilling on the bottom half. The adjustment rack and coal trays operate flawlessly.
