Powered by four stainless steel tube burners producing 48,000 BTUs, the Prestige PRO 500 provides 500 sq. in. of primary grilling area plus a 400 sq. in. stainless steel warming rack, giving you a generous 900 sq. in. total cooking space. Napoleon’s precision flame ignition system ensures a reliable start every time, lighting each burner quickly and safely.
The signature stainless steel wave cooking grids provide even heat distribution and produce Napoleon’s iconic sear marks. Underneath, self-cleaning stainless steel sear plates vaporize drippings for enhanced flavor, minimize flare ups, and maintain moisture in your food.
For high-heat versatility, this model includes both of Napoleon’s premier infrared systems:

It’s been 21 years since I bought my first Napoleon grill. The igniter has only recently started to malfunction. The prestage 450 impressed me so much that three years ago, I bought a pro 500 built-in model for another home I own. This year, we made the decision to replace our outdated Pro 500 grill with a new 450 prestage. Amazing grills like these. They are designed to endure. There are also many excellent features. It has only been used a few times, but so far, so good; it has always functioned without a hitch. extremely sturdy and well-built. I took my time, so it just took a few hours to put together. Each component was present and seamlessly fit together. The lights are great for grilling at night.

When it becomes dark outside at this time of year, I adore the lights inside the grill. The knobs turn red when the grill is turned on, so I will absolutely no longer switch it on by mistake. No more mornings with an empty tank.

Excellent warranty and a well-built grill. For the past 15 years, I have owned and used Napoleon grills for cooking. Never disappoints me. My 18-year-old Prestige 500 is being replaced with a new Pro 500, which always lights on the first try. I would suggest Napoleon grills to anyone looking for a high-quality, durable barbecue.

Even though I just received the grill, we have already enjoyed using it to cook. Steaks, rotisserie chicken, brats, hamburgers, hotdogs, and even rotisserie French fries have all been prepared. We anticipate using this grill for many years because it is sturdy, well-built, and substantial.

I was initially shocked by how quickly I got it. The craftsmanship is outstanding. I did put it together by myself, and it took me around two hours. My wife just assisted me in placing the top unit on the base. The lighting is amazing! This weekend I’ll be installing my gas line, and I can’t wait to use it!
