    A fantastic small smoker that is simple to use. Once the fire is lit and the temperature is set, you can relax and enjoy the company without having to stress about watching the smoker or adding wood. I wish I’d known about this years ago, but with the advances, I’m pleased I waited.

    I recently purchased a barbecue. I did update with a couple mids – a larger front shelf, a fireplace, and so on. But look at that grill! I did a reverse sear on 2 inch Ribeyes and they turned out perfectly. The grill stays within 3 degrees of its temperature setting, and the supplied temperature probe was spot on. A manifold cover is recommended. The app was useful, especially the reminder notifications.

    This grill is fantastic!!! After I moved into my new house, I spent six months shopping for a grill. I wanted the convenience of a pellet feeder combined with the flavor and smokiness of charcoal, and this device delivers. The griddle simplifies and speeds up the preparation of fajitas. The temperature control is a huge aid and has shown to be correct so far. I’ve had the grill for about a month and a half and it’s been great so far.

    For my birthday, my wife bought me the 800. I’ve used a variety of barbecues throughout the years and still have an excellent gas grill.
    Assembled in just over 3 hours (with assistance once to flip over). The instructions were simple to follow.
    I grilled a Ribeye steak and a few hamburgers after seasoning the grill. The electronic heat control on the 800 makes it extremely simple to manage the heat. The meat flavor and ease of preparation were both outstanding. I’ll add more after a few uses, but for now, I’m extremely happy with the heat range for cooking.
